- Do Agencies take a cut of my money?
- No, the pay rate that we will agree with you before we assign you to work is that you will be paid. We do not pay to scale and a pre agreed daily pay rate will be organised at interview stage..
- How do you make your money?
- A seperate invoice rate is charged to our schools with a premium for our services. We are constantly scanning the marketplace and analysing our competitors in order for our service to remain competitive and subsequently offer value for money.
- Can you be contacted outside of hours?
- Yes we can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, even at Christmas. Try now (07875 028785) and see for yourself.
- When are we paid?
- You will be paid a week in arrears direct into your bank account on a weekly basis.
- Do you check references and police check all teachers?
- Yes, for security reasons it is imperative we know who we are sending out to our schools. Our teachers are representatives of us so it is imperative that a minumum of two comprehensive references are taken as well as a 5 year checkable history and a fully enhanced check with the criminal records bureau.
- Do you pay holiday pay?
- Yes, any accrued holiday pay is included in your pre agreed daily rate.
- How do you recruit staff?
- We use the media, various internet jobsites as well as our own website which works very well. After all it has attracted your attention! We also work closely with universities but out most succesful method is our fantastic recommend-a-friend scheme where everybody benefits.
- How soon will I be offered employment?
- Once you have completed the required registration documents in full and to our satisfaction, and we have received a clear fully enhanced check from the Criminal Recorde Bureau, we will check your references and a minimum 5 year working history and be able to offer suitable employment as soon as practicably possible.
- Is it only teachers you supply?
- No we also supply fully experienced school secretaries with a complete working knowledge of the SIMS system. We also supply exam invidulators and lunchtime supervisors.
